I want to select fields from vessels and I want to apply the same filters I applied in the desktop version. How could I know the names to the filters?

I think you can try to reproduce the filters that you apply via desktop, using Data Item Browser (DIB) tool.
Possibly this previous discussion thread can supply some ideas.
