Error in retrieving data Error code 404

i'm having this error msg when trying to retrieve data through API. everything has worked fine since just recently. didn't change any thing in my virtual env. can anyone advice what went wrong?

@KarenLi2004 Sorry to hear about this - can you tell me what version of the Eikon library you are using as well as what version of httpx and nest-asyncio packages you are using? thanks
