I did a quick test with my account and it works fine.
Please test your account with the RKD API interactive playground https://support-portal.rkd.refinitiv.com/SupportSite/TestApi/Op?svc=Quotes_1&op=RetrieveItem_3 page.
The RKD API page also contains the API documents, Request-Response query information, example code, etc that you need for implementing the application with the RKD API.
Additionally, you can check the updated RKD API endpoints from the RKD API page too.
