Need assistance installing Eikon API inside a firewalled environment

I am from Frontline Support and I received a Live Chat from one of our clients. His goal is to install Eikon API inside a firewalled environment. I was told that he was able to download the package from PyPi however he does not know how to easily install all the dependencies since he is in a firewalled environment.

1. Is there a way to easily install this in a firewalled environment?
2. Any step-by-step guide I can possibly share with the client?
3. Is there a way to download them all together? He said, "I can have that run by security".
