I'm trying to login to https://apidocs.refinitiv.com
As soon as i get logged in, i see an error:
I tried resetting my password just in case, but it did not fix anything.

The API Playground is presently down and has been reported to the team for investigation. They have identified the root cause and are actively on it. Thanks for your patience.

To access API Playground (https://apidocs.refinitiv.com) you need to have credentials for Refinitiv Data Platform. The ID you used to sign up it not entitled for any Refinitiv products. In other words you do not currently subscribe to any Refinitiv products or services, and this is why you cannot access API Playground.

I will wait for your current issues to be solved before trying again, and will check if i'm entitled to the products i need, like @Alex Putkov. said.
