Could you please share Rest API code for the below:

Based on whether we are doing an EOD or an Intraday, Premium or PriceHistory, I would like to find out dynamically how many instruments are allowed, so I can batch my requests if required. Will the above API help me determine.

Are you looking to use the Instrument List to submit an extraction request, EOD, Intraday or Price History?
If that is the requirement, these templates/request types can be requested with the same instrument list, but have different maximum request instrument limits.
I would suggest reviewing Extraction Limits by Report Template document, to design large request submission efficiently.
Max allowed in the list will not be helpful, if I understand your requirement correctly?
