re-screen after update case

When one updates a case, will the WC1 API re-screen it? Or does one have to manually re-screening by calling screening a case call?

Hi @Angelo.Panares.1

  • If you updated a case and you want it re-screened then you must make a screening request. Send an API request to screen (POST { {protocol}}{ {gateway-host}}{ {gateway-url}}cases/{ {case-system-id}}/screeningRequest)

You can also do this externally through the World-Check One application.

  • Through the World-Check One Application, goto Case Management, open the Case, select the Screening Icon to re-screen.
  • If the case has OGS (OnGoingScreening) selected, than you can always wait for the next OGS screening.

NOTE: the new results from the new screening will be added to the previous results.

Let me know if you have any more questions.

Many thanks, to confirm, after an edit case, it will not trigger an automatic re-screening of the case.

Hi @Angelo.Panares.1

Yes, that is correct, cases and screening are separate actions right now.

Let me know if you have any more questions.

Thanks,

Brian
