Error text Failed REST request from HTTP status code 400

Hello

My customer is evaluating Elektron Realtime-Optimized with EMA.

During subscribing data, sometimes get bellow error message

[08:48:41,943] WARN OmmConsumerImpl pool-3-thread-1 - loggerMsg

ClientName: ChannelCallbackClient

Severity: Warning

Text: Received Channel warning event on channel Channel_1

Instance Name Consumer_1_1

RsslReactor @6b066308

RsslChannel @5a3999d

Error Id 0

Internal sysError 0

Error Location Reactor.processWorkerEvent

Error text Failed REST request from HTTP status code 400 for user: GE-A-01377963-*.****. Text: {"error":"invalid_grant"}

loggerMsgEnd

Once the message is shown, the program will still continue to receive updates for those RICs that have been subscribed. However, new subscription will take around 10 seconds or more before it is succeeded (usually it is less than 100ms)

May we know any suspected cause of the above error message ?

Many thanks in advance

Best regards

Noboru Maruyama

Hi @noboru.maruyama4

This issue is most likely caused by an issue with RDP Authentication system being used by the RRTO service.

Please follow the instructions from the accepted answer of this post - to generate the HTTP REST message trace output.

You can then raise a My.Refinitiv ticket with the Refinitiv Real-Time optimized team to investigate why you are experiencing the intermittent failure - attaching the HTTP REST message output.

The REST message output will look something like shown in this post.

Please DO NOT upload trace with Client credentials to the forum.
