We have been using Refinitiv MEDIA_CHECK API for some time, but as of this morning, we are receiving intermittent errors as follows;
MEDIA_CHECK_DETAILS_RETRIEVAL_FAILED
This error appears for a while, then disappears again.
It also seems to affect the Web Interface for MEDIA_CHECK, where it says "Unexpected error" in red in the title bar.
Is there a known outage at the moment?
Seems better now. Was there anything fixed? - since this was an intermittent problem, I'd like to be reassured it won't happen again - Thanks.
This is a screenshot from the User Interface, the error in the Javascript is
"getClassificationTreeForRiskTopics command failed or timed out "
- However, we are solely interested in the API malfunction, but this just may give extra context, or debugging information.

Can you please try again and let us know if you are able to fetch the Media check result?
