According to the error message I got from you.
The user is registering a duplicate app name so it failed.
Please ask the user to register a unique app name.

I just tried to register for a new app key and it works fine.
A screenshot of the error would be helpful.

@chavalit.jintamalit According to client, the app key was generated. However she is having trouble finding out where she can obtain the exe for the Eikon Data API proxy
Can you please help?
