Error Code 503 | Server Error: API Proxy is not available

Hi,

I have been getting the following error today since morning, not being able to troubleshoot it.

Hi, I installed the listed packages httpx, and nest-asyncio. However, it didn't work. I don't know how to clear the cache. If you can tell me. However, I upgraded the eikon package to the latest version and it got fine.

@jagjit.singh Start => Thomson Reuters => Thomson Reuters Eikon Tools => Clear Cache
