Is it possible to refine search for World-Check Screening using custom fields.

Hi,


I was trying to use a custom field to refine my search but do not see that it's using it in the search. I added -BUSINESS REGISTRATION NUMBER (UEN in singapore context) and was trying to test it. I searched for singapore airlines with "197200078R" as business registration number but it still shows two results.

Could you please suggest what I could be doing wrong here. Thanks.

Thank you for your query.

The reason you are seeing 2 results is because custom fields are not included in screening.

Hope this clarifies your concern.

Thanks @Prabhjyot.Mandla. So I believe there is no other way of refining the results other than registered country in this case?

@Vini,

As of now, there is no other way to refine results for an organisation other than country code. You may use the custom field for your reference in the case.
