@Mostafa,

Thank you for your query.

In order to compare the information of the matched term verses the submitted team, please refer to the "matchStrength", wich may have the values - EXACT, STRONG, MEDIUM and WEAK.

This information also depends on the thresold settings which your account / group has in place. If the threshold is set to EXACT, only the exact matches would be returned. Similarly, if the thresold is set to FUZZY, matches ranging from WEAK to EXACT would be returned in the result.

For, if you are using the secondary fields, please check the results using the endpoint - 'SEQ-case-investigate-results: Get screening results'. If the secondary field value of the submitted term matches the matched term, you may refer to te resolution field. As the returned matches which would not match the submitted value of the secondary field would be auto-resolved as false.

Based on these details you may check with your compliance team on the decision which they would like to make for the specific match.

You may also refer to the World-Check One Help section for more information and documents related to screening.

Hope this helps.
