Eikon Data APIs require a Eikon Desktop and a valid login session.

You can follow this quick start guide to get Python environment setup on your machine.

Then you can try this simple code to retrieve data using Eikon Data APIs.

Please note that Eikon Data APIs is not an enterprise data feed solution.
