What exactly does this command "TR.HistFdAdjPctOfShrsOutHeld" give you? Is it the pct change relative to the total shares outstanding or just the investor's holding?

Thank you

Hi @hugh.nguyen,

According to the field documentation within the Data Item Browser, the TR.HistFdAdjPctOfShrsOutHeld is the

"Historical number of shares traded as a percentage of the shares outstanding. Adjusted for corporate actions, but not consolidated with other filing sources".
