In the bulk quotes file OpenPermID-bulk-quote-20190707_070945.ntriples.gz I noticed that permids 1-21594326315 and 1-55846244289 have the same RIC 3708.TW. Which permid should be used?
Thinking about it some more, shouldn't RICs always be unique? In the bulk quotes file there are 270 RICs that occur for more than one permid. Is the presence of such duplicated RICs a bug?
I have checked the latest OpenPermID-bulk-quote-20200705_132936.ntriples file. It contains one entry for 3708.TW.

This particular RIC is better, but the general problem of duplicated RICs got worse. I count 535 RICs with two or more permids. When I reported this issue you counted 303 such RICs.
You are correct. I can replicate the problem. From my finding, there are 303 RICs which have two PermIDs.
I will report this issue to the OpenPermID support team to verify the problem.
