Urgent: emea-1.pricing.streaming.edp.thomsonreuters.com not authenticating

Trying to authenticate to the emea pricing service we get either a time out or an login denied response, see below response message:

[{"ID":1,"Type":"Status","Domain":"Login","Key":{"Name":"AQIC5wM2LY4SfcwaXJtGzXbW7cc5Fyf3rmjqEqD9xoXd888%3D%40AAJTSQACNDAAAlNLABQtNTcwNjE4OTAwMTg3NzQxNDQ4OQACUzEAAjM2%23"},"State":{"Stream":"Closed","Data":"Suspect","Code":"Error","Text":"Login Denied:Failed to validate sso token"}}]

Also, if I point the application to: amer-1.pricing.streaming.edp.thomsonreuters.com, it works correctly, by authenticating and receiving streaming data.

The problem is reproducible also with the Websocket sample applications when pointed to the emea service.

Questions: Is there an outage ongoing? If there is, what is the Refinitiv's suggested way to report outages and monitor (get updates) on their resolution?

@development2

There's an incident that caused the short outage about an hour ago. It's been resolved but expected some delays when processed the authentication. If the problem still persists, you can raise this error at MyRefinitiv and the support team will help you check with the service.

@development2, are you still running into this issue, or is it now solved ?

thanks, it is now solved. It was the outage discussed above.
