AppSecret validation failed.

Been seeing this error all weekend when our app POSTs to https://api.edp.thomsonreuters.com:443/auth/oauth2/beta1/token:

Submitted a ticket as well but refinitiv customer support doesn't seem to have context into the issue so posting here.

Note: there is no token retrieval issue if the user credentials are valid.

This query was handled in case 07574258 for ERT in Cloud. The case is closed with the following resolution:

The issue was resolved by rollback the Token-Based API.

Dev team will provide the hot fix package release to handle an error exception if the user input the wrong information.

we see access_denied errors multiple times throughout the day. Fortunately it hasn't happened yet during NY Equity Market Hours. But given the frequency I'm sure it will.
