Getting COM Exception connecting hEDD

Before calling the web service to get Reuters prices System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: Server was unable to process request. ---> System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x80040154): Retrieving the COM class factory for component with

CLSID {57426A21-5839-11D4-9C4E-0008C7BF346A} failed due to the following error: 80040154.

Does anyone has any idea about this?

Could you give us more detail about the API and product name that encounter the problem? Can you replicate the issue on demand? If so, please give us a replication steps too.
