data missing in tick history on 2016-03-07

Tick History data is not complete on 2016-03-07 for some rics like 0322.HK/0953.HK/0151.HK/1330.HK ect.

Records for these rics start from 2016-03-07T03:18:10 GMT(2016-03-07 11:18:10 +0800), while HKEX open time is 09:30 +08:00.

Is that correct?
