FortiGate Proxy with KERBEROS authentication supported?

Hello,

we have a prlblem with communication of the Thomson Reuters Eikon software behind the proxy provided by the FortiGate fiewall. The users have to authenticate by KERBERS which is working perfectly but the Eikon softwre does not go throught the proxy. An authentication window appears with a window header: Connecting to 127.0.0.1

Question is whether the KERBERS authentication is supported against the FortiGate Explicit proxy.

Thanks.

@ms135
This forum is for software developers utilizing Eikon APIs. You question is about the network and the local infrastructure setup, which would be best addressed by Thomson Reuters Support. I have opened a ticket with Thomson Reuters Helpdesk on your behalf. For your reference the case number is 06786014. You will be contacted by a Helpdesk agent with expertise in the issue you've raised, who will take the ownership of the case.

@ms135
In order to progress the issue you raised we need to be able to contact you and discuss your site specific setup. Unfortunately the only contact information we have for you is the personal email address you used to register on TR Developer portal. This does not allow us to identify you and refer the service case to the team that can discuss your site configuration with you. Could you please contact Thomson Reuters Helpdesk by either calling the Helpdesk number in your country or by using Eikon Messenger and quote the service case number 06786014, so we can progress the case.
Thank you.
