Elektron Real Time Cloud - will work in Existing Amazon EC2 Instance (not having TR AMI)

Hi,

While following the ERT-Cloud quick start I've one questions which is

Is it mandatory to Install the EC2 Instance from the public AMI (below Provided) in order to access the WebSocket API?

  1. Thomson Reuters Elektron Real-Time Examples - Amazon Linux AMI - ami-ccb1f0b3
  2. Thomson Reuters Elektron Real-Time Examples - Amazon Linux AMI - ami-0558eef657262b708

What about if I already have a running EC2 Instance which is not from TR AMI?

Hello @jayendrana

Regarding the "How to run ERT in Cloud demo application from your existing EC2 instance" section in Elektron Real Time In Cloud Quick Start, You can download the Elektron in Cloud example from "Elektron Real Time in Cloud" section in Elektron WebSocket API download page, then install required libraries and run the example in your existing EC2 instance.
