If you require code examples that demonstrate how to request data using EMA C++ then there are a number of examples in the Elektron SDK for EMA, e.g. Ema\Examples\Training\Consumer\100_Series\100__MarketPrice__Streaming
But if your question is about finding the RICs you need to specify in your request that will provide the spread-table content you are interested in then the Data Content team would be best placed to answer your question, you can submit a content query using My Account.
