It looks like Elektron now officially supports VS2017 (according to Elektron-SDK1.2.0.win.rrg\Cpp-C\Ema\Libs\WIN_64_VS150 folder) but VS2017 is missing from this page https://developers.refinitiv.com/en/api-catalog/refinitiv-real-time-opnsrc/rt-sdk-cc/tutorials#ema-c-compiler-settings please consider adding instructions there.
