TRTH: Time and Sales Extraction Limit

I am on a trial account and writing Python code to extracting daily TRTH and hit this error.

exceptions.FailedToFetchJobId: None - <ACCOUNT_ID> has 50 THT extractions, limit is 50

is this a limit of the trial account or this is a limit for the full account as well?

The limit per TRTH account is 50 concurrent requests per user per template, for each of the following templates:

  • Elektron Timeseries
  • Historical Reference
  • Tick History Intraday Summaries
  • Tick History Market Depth
  • Tick History Raw
  • Tick History Time and Sales
