Dear Support Team,
I have downloaded the API - C# Example Application and i tried to establish a connection. When i used my account username and password the connection failed.
Do i need a different username and password; and if yes, how do I get them?

To connect to DSS, you require DSS username and password. I suggest you contact Thomson Reuters Account team, Moataz Kamel(moataz.kamel@thomsonreuters.com ) who should be able to assist you to get DSS account.
@hazeineddin, as an additional note, the username and password are the same for the GUI, the C# example application, and the API.
