MATLAB rdth function - error message

I am trying to connect to TRTH via the MATLAB built-in function rdth (username, password). However, I keep getting the following error message : Undefined function or variable 'CredentialsHeaderE' .

My initial thought was that it must be related with the proxy , however, we have tried to solve it together with our IT department but the error is still there. Could you please help? Thanks

@takpap Matworks supports the datafeed toolbox and the TRTH adapter. Please ask your question at https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/?s_tid=gn_mlc_ans_ans&term=product%3A%22Datafeed+Toolbox%22
