World Check Screening takes more time

Hi Team,

We are using World Check One for screening. It takes more time for screening in one of our environments. The same data screening in other environment takes comparatively less time. Could you please assist us regarding this?

Thanks in advance.

Hi @ayerajothi,

WC1 API Screening depends on the size of the return request and other bandwidth factors. The return request for screening a name with only a few or no matches, should complete very quickly. Request that returns dozens to hundreds of matches will take longer.

So normally performance could depend on network speed, load on the servers, quality of data being sent to the WC1 API to be screened, time when it is sent etc.

Hope this will help.

Thanks,

Shilpi
