Eikon API Proxy can't get App ID

when client try to apply id from Eikon API proxy the pop up window stays black.

Have you tried Fiddler tool as suggested by @jirapongse.phuriphanvichai yet?

You can use Fiddler tool to verify the problem.

Typically, you should see these requests in fiddler when opening Get an AppID.
