What is the rule you create guid for news in MRN in Elektron?

MRN has guid L8N1JO3JK_1706272OivVXAVY4J47RrEC/uZkSNh8sZZltC+rDcDk8, but NewsFeed Direct has guid 20170627-144041000-nL8N1JO3JK-1-2 for the exactly same story. Yes,

L8N1JO3JK is shared, What about

1706272OivVXAVY4J47RrEC/uZkSNh8sZZltC+rDcDk8

The MRN Elektron guid is based on the altID (removing the leading "n") and a hash. We weren't able to apply the News Feed Direct id schema to Elektron, because we couldn't comfortably guarantee that it would be globally unique over Elektron.
